Refund and Exchange Policy

At Zaimak Prints and Gifts Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and services. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and exchanges:

1. Custom Orders

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Custom-printed items (e.g., personalized mugs, shirts, or other printed materials) are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for custom orders unless there is a proven error on our part.
  • Order Approval: To avoid errors, we provide digital proofs for your approval before production. Please review these carefully, as they are final.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Find contact details below.
  • Include photos of the damaged/defective item and the packaging for verification.
  • We will replace the damaged item or offer a store credit, depending on your preference.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Custom orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a design or production fee, depending on the progress of your order while the balance would be used as store credit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Refunds for returned custom items do not include shipping fees.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exceptions

  • Seasonal or holiday-themed items cannot be refunded or exchanged after the event date.
  • Sale items are final and non-refundable.
